The Reserve Forces Review 2030, led by Brigadier The Rt Hon the Lord Lancaster, has culminated in a transformative plan known as Reserve Forces 2030 (RF30).
After extensive research and engagement, the RF30 initiative has established 14 workstreams based on 18 key recommendations. Its primary aim is to align the UK’s defence and security strategies with emerging risks and threats, integrating these efforts with broader Defence reviews and concepts.
The focus areas include redefining Reserves’ societal role, expanding their operational capacity, leveraging Reservists’ diverse skills, and enhancing support through digital enablement. The upcoming RF30 webinar, hosted by Commodore Martin Quinn, will delve into these developments and more.
